Sport Science

Vision

At Colchester Academy we are striving to drive students who are specifically interested in the science behind sport and PE. We understand that there is a clear divide between those students who enjoy the practical elements to sport, but this course is for those who have a real passion to grasp the technical and scientific nature behind the sports and activities we perform. The course equips them with the knowledge to go down career pathways in both sport or science routes. Using the elements of the course, we enhance students’ resilience by allowing them the chance to improve on assignment work and excellence with their end pieces of work.
